My own space

It's my first time having to work in a company , I do not have a job before , so this practical training is really a good experience for me .

I'm now working in Taiwan Biotech (Sin Tong) in Taoyuan County.

Sin tong is an old biotech company in Taiwan.

It was founded at 1945 , through now,it's 60 years old.

It's an age-old biotech company in Taiwan also the oldest company!

Products quality of our company is required stringent , "Innovation , Quality , Healthy life" is our basis .

Recent year , "diversivication , sience and technology , internationalization" self expect.

We're a systematized and ideal company. 

Here, Sin tong , is a society university to me , all staffs here treat me so well and taught me a lot.

I really have learned many thing that the "true" university do not teach us.

Leaning how to communicate with other people is really important to everyone.

U do not know who is ur boss , colleague , or other people u'll meet in the future.

Because of this , communication is the first class u should have taken when u first come in the society university.

Many people don't have a great communicate to others , even to their parents.

If u don't have a great communication , conflict will come up , once the conlict occur it'll hard to cross the next step,

and everything will stop and hard to restart again!

So having a great communicate is very important!
