In this world , everyone has the right of thinking...

What everyone's opinion are not the same all the time ,

it's hard to reach the consensus .

Many people think that what they said and what they thought are always right , without consudering the other's feeling ,

that's really unfair to other's opinion !

How to solve this sort of problems ?

The most important thing that should do is to "communicate".

And everyone should learn how to listening to others thinking , but not sell all what u thought to the people who's thought  that's

different from u !

People are always have the right to choose witch way they want to go !

U can just give somebody some suggestion instead of forcing people to do what u really want they to do .

But , u still have to listening to others' opinion .

Because of that everyone should know"Planing can't match the varriety" , so that's the way to progress urself .
